Okay juices are amazing for kids and absolutely delicious. We tend to juice veggies over fruit as it's an easy way to get an array of vegetable into kids easily. My boys absolutely love this recipe and we call it The Red Refresher.  I think we heard the name on play school and it stuck!  We use a cold pressed juicer so the enzymes remain intact giving the highest nutrient content.

It's so easy and really delicious.

  •  4 sticks organic celery
  •  1 piece of organic ginger
