  1. Anna says:

my four year old had homemade muesli (oats, cranberries, psyllium husks, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sultanas, dried pineapple, hemp seeds, dried mango, chia seeds, flaxseeds- all organic from the local bulk health food store) with coconut milk and a little honey.
my six year old had sautéed zucchini, eggs, mushrooms and spinach.
thanks to years of education from you Alisa 🙂

I make a big batch of wholewheat pancakes on the weekend and freeze in packs for each day so I same time in the mornings. The two youngest have these with strawberries and banana. The eldest has a smoothie with soaked oats, chia seeds, banana, mixed berries, yogurt and milk plus I sneak in some baby spinach. We swapped from cereal only about a year ago and the kids are not hungry bu 9am any more.
