I have a 7 year old granddaughter that often stays over night with me, she wouldn’t go to sleep until ten o’clock . So I thought I would try her with your Sleepy Head Balm. I must admit I was a bit sceptical but not anymore. Absolutely amazing within 10 minutes she is asleep.

I love using this along with the sleepy head balm , it definitely helps to relax and calm the household ready for bed, I just wish it came in a bigger bottle and was a little cheaper.

We love the Sleepyhead Oil! I put it in the vaporizer about 30 minutes before my children go to bed and it helps to create a lovely atmosphere for falling asleep. We use it together with the sleepyhead balm and my whole family have benefited and experience a better quality of sleep. We fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

First time using this oil, we loved the rest of the range so we thought we would give this a go. It did not disappoint, my son loves this oil in his diffuser as much as his others. I wish it came in a bigger bottle, we go through it quick.

I use the oil in a diffuser in my 3 year olds bedroom every night. It smells amazing & helps him sleep.
He tells me off when I forget to put the balm on his feet at bedtime & I am sure the combination of these 3 products are helping us with a smoother, calmer bedtime routine.
The bath wash also smells amazing & is gentle on my toddlers skin. We’ve stocked up on a few bottles so we don’t run out anytime soon. -
The combination of Sleepy Head bath wash, balm and oil provides the perfect bedtime routine. I even put a few drops of oil on his cot bumper wraps to last through the night. Amazing for the whole family

I have just started using this oil in my diffuser before bed in combination with the sleepy head bath wash in their bath to try and help my boys quieten down for sleep time. I love the beautiful smell of this oil. I look foward to trying the sleepy head balm next.

I have used a lot of pure essential oil, but some can have a bit of a heavy smell, where this one i really love, the rooms smell so good at night, and my babies sleep so well.
It’s empty need to buy a few again -
I love the oil and the balm! So soothing. I don’t use them every night, but when we need some extra soothing or calm these work wonders!

Our daughter had always been a fantastic sleeper & we had a fantastic bedtime routine that worked great. That was until a couple of months after she turned 3 & the night terrors started. She is terrified of the word bedtime as reading stories at night now scare her. We literally tried everything we could. But now with the help of sleepy balm we can at least get her to sleep with no hassle on the lounge & then transfer her once asleep. Not the most ideal ‘routine’ but it’s what is working right now so we can all get some sleep. Thanks sleepy balm!!
