Dreamy, Creamy, Nourishing & Delicious.

 2 frozen ripe bananas
 1/2 cup blueberries (frozen is fine)
 1/2 scraped vanilla bean (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
 1 handful (1/2 cup) of baby spinach
 1 tbs natural raw unsweetened yoghurt  with probiotics (I use paris creek)
 30 grams raw almonds
 20 g raw sunflower seeds
 20 g raw pumkin seeds
 4 medjool dates
 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
 2 cups coconut water

Blend the nuts, seeds and dates to make a paste in high speed blender

Add other ingredients except yoghurt and blend again for 40 seconds

Add yoghurt and blend again

Serve in big glass and enjoy the energy hit!
