Chia pudding - the perfect snack

 One cup of Almond Milk
 3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
 1 dash of organic maple syrup

Pour Almond Milk into Cup

Add Chia seeds, maple syrup and stir

Place in fridge and stir again 15 minutes later

Eat when set - usually around 5 hours.

You can add layers of anything fresh berries, granola, goji berries. If you want to make chocolate chia pudding add 1 tsp of organic raw cocao and some maple syrup.
