Virus Busting Immune Boosting Tea
1 litre of filtered water
2 – 8 cloves of garlic chopped up into small pieces. (Really this is whatever you can tolerate – the more the better)
2 inches of fresh ginger thinly sliced or grated
1 bulb fresh turmeric thinly sliced or grated
1/2 small fresh chilli sliced (optional)
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary or mint (optional)
2 tsp manuka honey (minimum strength 8 +) More if you like it sweeter!
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Either throw everything into a saucepan and bring gently to boil then pour into a glass bottle.
Put all ingredients into a glass jar and cover with boiling water leaving for 30 minutes before drinking.
Once this has been drunk you can easily top up with more water to sip throughout the whole day.
