How do I use Sleepy Head Essential Oil?
Add 6 drops to water in your vaporiser or oil burner to soothe and comfort. Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily. For bath time: Add 4–5 drops to 1 cup of Epsom salts for a calming bath.
Can I diffuse Sleepy Head Essential Oil all night?
We do not recommend diffusing essential oils all night in a room. We would suggest diffusing intermittently and with some ventilation from a slightly open door or window.
Are the essential oils in Sleepy Head safe for children?
While we understand that the use of essential oils in children can be concerning, our products comply for the use by children over 6 months. All our products are made as per the TGA guidelines. Our products are manufactured in a TGA facility and are extensively tested for essential oil toxins. We also use a species of eucalyptus that is completely safe for babies
