Wholesale Terms
EFFECTIVE 01 NOVEMBER 2022
We really value great relationships and welcome fruitful, long term partnerships. While we look forward to working together, there is a serious side to our business to make sure our partnership is streamlined.
Please find our terms of trade below.
MINIMUM ORDER & ORDER REQUIREMENTS
- The client is required to order a minimum of $500 worth of products and adhere to the minimum order quantity of 35 items for each order. Please refer to the Wholesale Price List.
ORDERING PROCEDURES
- We are currently streamlining our Online Wholesale Ordering System. We will be in contact when online ordering is available. Online access (including a username and password) will be given to the client for placing any ongoing orders once our online system is live. In the meantime please contact our office on 0403 600 801 or email us on [email protected] to place your order.
WHOLESALE PRICE LIST
- The client can view our Wholesale Price List here.
PAYMENT
- All accounts are to be paid in full prior to the dispatch of products.
- No 30-day accounts will be offered as we are a small business.
- Please forward your remittance or receipt to [email protected] so that your order can be processed as a priority.
- Invoices may be paid by EFT, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard) or direct bank deposit. A credit card processing fee of 1.5% applies to all invoices paid via credit card.
SHIPPING
- Delivery Charges – Shipping costs will be added to your invoice. This charge will be dependent on items ordered and the delivery address.
- All orders are dispatched via e-Parcel. Deliveries will come from Perth, Western Australia with freight times to the east coast of Australia being 5-7 days from dispatch. Deliveries to Perth will generally take 1-2 days from dispatch.

DISPLAY AND ADVERTISING MATERIALS
- The client is welcome to a display box for the Sleepy Head Balm, Chesty Rub Balm and Hello Sunshine Sunscreen and also promotional posters. These will be provided to the client free of charge upon the first order.
- One tester of each product from the Hello Sunshine range, Sleepy Head Balm and Chesty Rub Balm is available on your first order.
- Additional testers are available for purchase at the minimal cost after the first initial tester is added to the first order. Testers are available for the following products: Hello Sunshine Range, Sleepy Head Balm, Chesty Rub Balm, Bye Bye Bug and our essential oil range.
SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION
- Stockists are encouraged to upload 2 social media posts each month. We will provide exclusive images for posting. Remember, the more you post the more exposure you will get!
PROMOTIONAL IMAGES
- The client will be given online access to product pictures and information.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
- The client can view our product information here.
STOCKISTS LISTINGS ON OUR WEBSITE
- Stockist details will be placed on our website at the discretion of 123 Nourish Me. These will be displayed in alphabetical order.
WHOLESALE DEPARTMENT CONTACT DETAILS
- The client is welcome to call our wholesale department during office hours on 0403 600 801 (WA Standard Time).
The Applicant understands that all or part of this Agreement may be deleted, altered and/or inclusions made without prior consent and/or notification. Where practical we will notify you, in writing prior to inception, but we are not bound by this Agreement to do so. A new Account Application is required for any change to your business ownership or business structure. 123 Nourish Me may reject or refuse to accept an Account Application form without notifying cause or reason.
When purchasing goods for re-sale from 123 Nourish Me, there are a few important items to note;
- The following references will be accepted as: Supplier, 123 Nourish Me (Pty) Ltd
- Our offer to trade agreement sets out the respective rights and obligations of you and 123 Nourish Me on approval of a wholesale partnership with us.
- Please note that we no longer offer wholesale opportunities to online stores. We now partner with stores with physical addresses only.
- Pricing and G.S.T. All prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to the Wholesale Price List for current pricing. Our products are priced exclusive of GST. Prices are quoted before freight charges.
- We recommend that the retail price of products does not fall below our current RRP. We are a business who supports other businesses and appreciate others who do the same
All items shown in the wholesale price lists are exclusive of GST. All RRP’s must remain the same as 123 Nourish Me prices, unless there is a sale. Sales must last no more than 7 consecutive days. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, wholesalers will be notified in writing. The sale of goods is subject to our standard Wholesale Terms of Trade, which will be sent on once an application is successful.
- Order Acceptance and/or Refusal. We may accept or decline, in whole or in part, an order from you.
- Order Cut-Off Times and Dispatch Schedule. All orders received will be processed with 5 business days.
- Closure of an Account. We reserve the right to close your Account, without notice and without reason. However, we will attempt to notify you, in writing, at a time practicable to us. Some reasons include, but are not limited to: 1. Your Account is in default. 2. Improper trading practices. 3. Account inactivity 4. A history of continued late payments. 5. Providing to us false or misleading information. 6. Failing to advise changes to information given as per the Account Application document. 7. If the business ownership changes. 8. At the discretion of 123 Nourish Me.
- Delivery Charges. A freight fee is charged for each order. This charge will be dependent on items ordered and delivery address.
- Return of Goods. 123 Nourish Me is under no obligation to accept goods for return i.e. for replacement or credit claim, and may refuse to at our discretion and without reason.
ALL GOODS MUST BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL. ALL SHORTAGES, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT, OTHERWISE CLAIMS WILL NOT BE RECOGNISED.
Goods for return will not be accepted without prior arrangements and authorised by an officer of the company. All freight charges will be on account of the buyer unless otherwise waived by us.
- Payment Methods. The Applicant acknowledges that 123 Nourish Me accepts payments by means of:• Direct Deposit • Credit Card Online* – Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard * A processing fee of 1.5% applied to all invoices paid via credit card • PayPal Online.
- Breach – Any breach, of this Agreement may lend cause for 123 Nourish Me to suspend and/or close your Account.
- Right to Vary Terms of Trade. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
- Once you start wholesaling with 123 Nourish Me you are acknowledging that you accept our wholesale terms, if you do have any queries regarding our terms please email us at [email protected]
