Organic ingredients of: coconut oil, beeswax, lanolin, castor oil, lavender oil, lanolin alcohol, menthol, eucalyptus oil, carnauba wax, vitamin E, cedarwood oil, nutmeg oil, wild crafted murunga (kakadu plum), bach flower remedies: white chestnut, clematis, cherry plum, rock rose, love & hugs.
The good stuff:
Organic Coconut Oil
We only use unrefined, raw, organic coconut oil. Like coconuts themselves, coconut oil is rich in many proteins. These proteins keep skin healthy and rejuvenated, both internally and externally. Proteins also contribute to cellular health and tissue repair. Coconut oil is a brilliant moisturiser for all skin types, especially dry skin and is safe for babies and kids making an excellent nappy and skin cream. It also speeds up the healing process of bruises by helping to repair damaged tissue, it penetrates deeply and is nutrient rich. Also amazing to use if your kids have knits!! We adore coconut oil for its therapeutic activity and use it as a base of many of our products.
Organic Beeswax
We only use natural unbleached organic beeswax. Beeswax has a number of benefits for the skin, including an anti-inflammatory action that helps to calm and soothe. It forms a protective barrier on the skin to guard against irritants and lock in moisture. Unlike ingredients made from petroleum beeswax doesn’t suffocate the skin and won’t clog the pores. It is excellent to use for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. I have chosen to use organic unbleached beeswax for its skin healing properties. It’s also antibacterial and soothes tender skin! Bees are amazing and are in great danger around the world. Bees are not harmed during this process of the removal of the wax. We adore and respect our bees!
Natural Vitamin E
We use Vitamin E not only for its amazing skin benefits but also because it acts as a natural preservative and stops our formulas from going rancid. Vitamin E helps normal red blood cells, muscles and other body tissues to grow and remain healthy. It stimulates the immune system, helps block lipid peroxidation in cells and tissues, and can alleviate allergic reactions and help heal scar tissue. You will see Vitamin E in a few of our products as we love how it makes our products feel on the skin.
Organic Carnauba Wax
Carnauba wax is a vegetable wax obtained from the leaves of a Brazilian palm tree (Copernica cerifera) known as the “Tree of Life.” Carnuba Wax is known for it’s beautiful hydrating properties increasing moisture in the skin as well as naturally protecting it.
Organic Lanolin
Lanolin is a natural and organic substance that is mainly known for its moisturizing effects on the skin. It provides a smooth barrier which protects the skin and is a natural emollient.
Organic Lavender Essential Oil
We are obsessed with organic lavender essential oil. We feature it in almost all of our products because it benefits almost every body system. Lavender essential oil smells divine and is an excellent tonic for the nervous system soothing and relaxing and supporting healthy nervous tissue function. Brilliant for anxiety, migraines, headaches, depression, nervous tension and emotional stress. Lavender is one of the three essential oils which most powerfully stimulate the growth of healthy new cells – Tea Tree and Neroli are the others. Lavender has numerous active constituents but above all, it is primarily the balancing and normalising action of the oil which makes it so beneficially versatile.
Organic Menthol Oil
Our beautiful menthol oil smells incredible and medically it’s used to clear sinus congestion, help headaches and support the respiratory system. Also really good for nausea and fever and we love it in our chesty rub balm.
Organic Cederwood Oil
A beautiful warm woody essential oil designed to give comfort known for it’s support of the respiratory and nervous systems.
Organic Eucalyptus Essential Oil
This oil has many healing properties and has been used in epidemics and infectious illnesses for thousands of years. It’s particularly known for its effective expectorant properties and is amazing for coughs, colds and respiratory conditions.
Organic Nutmeg Essential Oil
We use beautiful organic nutmeg essential oil for it’s calming and sedative effect and is a known sleeping aid. Nutmeg oil can help relieve muscle aches and pains, swelling and inflammation within the body.
Wild Crafted Murunga (Kakadu Plum)
This miracle of nature is from the Kimberleys in Western Australia and is a potent, natural wholefood source of Vitamin C and a beautiful emollient designed to soothe the skin.
Homeopathics/ Bach Flower Remedies

Miss 6, Mr 8 and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this sleepy head balm, it’s our very fav 123 Nourish Me product.
We have had a tricky year with Mr 8 having a tough time at school with a bully and therefore lots of night time worrying… this Sleepy Head Balm has been his saviour. It’s become his little nightly routine to get this rubbed on his chest and back.
I smells so lovely, so soothing, that I like to pop a bit on before my head hits the pillow too.
The texture as with all your balms is also beautiful.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this to help get your little ones to sleep… Have sent friends home from dinner at our place with their kids covered in it so they too can enjoy a restful sleep… And used it on my sister when she was a very exhausted new mum in desperate need of sleep. Gave her a massage with this and took bub for a walk. Miracle cream!

It’s still early days yet for us, but on the second night my Daughter slept from 6.30pm til 7.30am! It does seem to calm her down too if she is getting a little worked up when tired and grumpy, or over stimulated.

Hi girls,
Just wanted to give some feedback.Bed time is usually a trial in our house, we have 2 boys, my eldest is usually good going to bed, but he’s in our room around midnight, the youngest takes a long time to wind down, it’s generally 2 hours of me lying with him whilst he’s fidgeting, singing, in and out of bed, me getting cranky with him, and him generally being a pain in the ass.
However……
My sleepy head balm arrived 2 days ago, and the last two nights I’ve put it on both boys chest, wrists and temples, about 5 mins before bed time. Story time has been calmer, my eldest went straight to sleep and stayed in his room most of the night, and my youngest- well- it was story, song, 5 mins of fidgeting, while I rubbed his back, and he was out for the count, yeeeee haaaaaaa! my husband and I have our nights back, woo hoo! -
We love this product, it has become part of our bedtime routine and we rub it on my daughters wrist so she can smell it when she sucks her thumb. It winds her down and prepares her for bed. What a lovely product with a beautiful smell!

Love this. Use it on Miss 1, I only need to put a little bit on her chest and she instantly gets droopy eyelids and sleepy, big yawn! You can tell 100% the smell calms her. I use it also at daytime nap time if she is wound up and it works a treat. And it makes them extra delicious to cuddle. Smells so good.

We survived the weekend with whole body massages using your ‘sleepy head balm’ my little Mr 2 years kept requesting a “macharge” a few times a day. Honestly helped me survive a whole weekend with a very sick and whiney toddler. He relaxed sooo quickly with the ‘sleepy head balm’, it was such a perfect pampering treat for him and having a relaxed toddler made for a much needed mummy break too!

This stuff is the bomb! Smells divine, relaxes all my kiddos, 9=14 years old, and has helped my ‘takes 3 hours to get to sleep’ child get to sleep in 20-30mins! I’ve also taken to putting in on my feet..and neck, and wrists at night…oh and sometimes in the morning…as a perfume… just beautiful. Love the smell of this and since the first night we tried it the kids have asked for it each night. It seems to be helping them fall asleep quicker (once I can get them to actually lay still for more than 10 seconds).

We have been using this for 3 nights now and the results are very positive! Miss 6 gets very wound up when tired and can be very difficult to get to bed. We are incorporating it into the bedtime routine and each night is getting easier. She loves the little bit of one on one pampering before bed and we are loving not having the nightly bedtime struggle! Plus her room smells amazing! Keep up the great work.

We’ve had our Sleepy balm for over a month now & applying the balm is now part of our nightly bedtime routine with my daughter often reminding me “Oh Mum dont forget my balm”.
My 5yo has always been a pretty good sleeper, but has recently had trouble trying to ‘switch’ off after a big day of school. I saw this product on facebook so thought I’d give it a try, along with nightly meditation music & she’s now drifting off to sleep really easy again. -
I purchased sleepy head balm for my 15month old and almost 3 year old who are not the world best sleepers and this tired mum was despite try anything tonget some much needed sleep! I cannot believe after only using it for three days the difference it has made after a bath and a book I put the balm on my girls as stated an within an hour both girls are fast asleep(no I’m not lying to you it’s the truth) Why didn’t I try this earlier a huge huge huge thank you to one very happy mum and my brain thanks you for the extra sleep

ABSOLUTELY in love! I was skeptical but willing to try anything on my 5 year old twins. Now one sleeps from 7.30pm til 5.30am and the other sleeps from 7.30pm til 6.30am! I am so impressed and feel so good Im getting sleep again. Both girls hate cream on them so I sneak it on once asleep . Thank you Sleepy head balm!

My 5yo son struggles with adrenal & sensory processing issues , he’s found falling asleep & staying asleep difficult his whole life. Most nights I end up taking him for a drive so he can relax enough to fall asleep. Tonight, using Sleepy Head Balm, he has drifted off peacefully (at 8.15pm!) in his own bed! We have tried so many herbal & natural remedies & sleep aids, looks like we have finally found the missing piece of the puzzle!! My 2yo was also asleep by 8.30 (she is a solid sleeper but not the easiest to get to the actual being asleep part!) AMAZING! I love the smell too & find it very calming for my anxiety. In love. We love our 123 nourish me sleepy head balm! My eldest son has always been difficult to get to sleep. Rubbing this beautifully smelling balm on his back and chest is now part of our nightly bedtime routine.
