Chesty Rub – 50g

Free from sulphates, parabens, mineral oil, artificial fragrance and colours our chest rub is made from pure, natural, organic ingredients, natural emollients and the highest quality essential oils. 123 Nourish Me Chesty Rub is designed to comfort and soothe!

Sleepy Head Balm – 50g

Our gorgeous smelling balm contains organic Lavender, traditionally used to settle the nervous system and soothe the mind and body.  Our gentle formula used regularly will encourage relaxation and can be incorporated into bedtime routines.  

Sleepy Head Bath Wash – 250ml

Our Sleepy Head Bath Wash is a bath wash and shampoo combined into one.  It gently cleans your little one’s hair and scalp without irritation and dryness and its emollient properties help to moisturise kids delicate skin.  Evening Primrose Oil has been added for its softening effects and leaves you and little ones feeling freshly clean and moisturised.

How to use Sleepy Head Balm:

Rub in small amounts on wrists, temples, & feet to bring beautiful dreams and a beautiful night’s sleep.   For children 6+ months – 99 years!

How to use Sleepy Head Balm?

Organic ingredients of: caprillic capric triglyceride (derived from coconut oil), unbleached beeswax, lanolin, castor oil, lavender oil, rose geranium oil, lanolin alcohol, carnauba wax, Australian sandalwood oil, cedarwood oil, wild-crafted murunga (Kakadu plum), magnesium chloride, bach flower remedies: white chestnut, clematis, cherry plum, rock rose, love & hugs.

How to use Sleepy Head Bath Wash

Simply add to running bath water when filling the bath.  Rub in hands & apply to wet hair.  Rinse thoroughly.

    have been using the bath wash and head balm for almost a week now, my 2 year old seems to be more relaxed when it comes to bedtime even though he still takes over an hour to actually fall asleep but at least he stays in bed and is a lot calmer. He is sleeping a little longer so no 5:30am wake ups.

    The lovely Alisa gave me a sample pot of this to try with my first order, geez it smells so lovely! Have tried it on Miss 3 a few nights during the week, the first night she slept soundly for 11+ hours!
    It really seemed to make a difference to her usual broken sleeping patterns of wandering into our room 1-2 times a night, and she also was still sleeping soundly well past her normal wake up time.
    I’ll be trying some out on myself this weekend I think 😉 What a great product!

    Hi,
    I have two daughters who are horrid sleepers! Both wake up every night anywhere from 3-10 times a night each! THAT WAS UNTIL WE FOUND 123nourishme’s Sleepy Head Balm For Kids!!! Okay so here’s our story with the Balm! My girls have been using it for 6 nights now. My 3 year old has slept through 5 nights for 11 hours each night and the night she didn’t sleep through she only woke for a drink of water then went straight back to sleep.
    Miss 1 has slept through 5 nights only last night the 6th night she didn’t sleep through due to a cough!
    At night we have a pretty strict routine the girls have a bath then a bottle then we go to bed put on our Sleepy Head Balm then read a bed time story turn the lights out sing twinkle twinkle and inch wincy and it’s off to sleep land for my beauties! I will definitely continue to use and purchase Sleepy Head Balm for kids!!!!

    I have had a long run of my children getting sick and yes yet another one today. I have put this lovely Rub on my sons chest for a good night sleep. He was coughing earlier and I had put a bit on his throat and his cough didn’t come back. He loved the minty smell….Love it so far….and loving all the goodness in your products. I already feel like a better mum.

    This is a fantastic product (my equal fav of all the ones I have tried so far).

    I love how comforting the smell of this is without the overpowering smell you can get with some of the commercial products. I feel confident using this on my girls.

    And it works! My Miss 2.5 suffers from the sniffles and coughs quite regularly (hello day care germs!) but this has helped so much.
