These little bursts of flavour make the perfect treat or snack on the go. Brimming with both Vitamin C and good fats, these pack a powerful punch. Super easy for kids to make so get them rolling and dipping in coconut. These are tangy and delicious and make such a good pick me up.

Ingredients

 1 cup raw organic cashews
 2 cups organic coconut (watch out for preservatives!)
 Zest 1 lemon
 Juice of half a lemon
 3 tbs organic maple syrup
 Pinch of sea salt
 1/2 tsp shelf stable probiotics (optional)

Combine and ingredients and blend baby blend
