Did you know that most supermarket peanut butter is often full of nasties? Did you also know peanuts are one of the most sprayed and toxic nuts you can consume? Not only that, there is the added palm oil, salt, sugar and additives that has little nutritional value.

Heat oven to 180 degrees and once hot place almonds on tray that has been covered with a little coconut oil
roast for 8 – 10 minutes until golden then sprinkle with himalayan sea salt
Combine all ingredients and Blend Baby Blend. You will need a very high powered blender or thermomix. I blend for around 5 minutes until it turns into a warm gooey butter. This can then be kept in a glass container in the fridge and it keeps for many weeks as the salt acts as a preservative
Try not to eat all in one sitting. This is seriously more-ish.
